International Outgoing call
Outgoing call to landline or mobile operators worldwide.
MCI proud to provide International Outgoing call service:
To make an international call, you must first dial the two-digit code "00", then the destination country code, and then the contact number.
This number can be landline or mobile.
Charging scheme: each call minute includes (Int'l fee +local fee + VAT)

Your physical location when you make a call or send a text message will determine if you are having an international call or international roaming call:
International call will be applied when you call or send a text message to another country from Iran International roaming call will be applied on incoming and outgoing calls, messages and data use while you're located outside Iran.
The basic cost for the International call tariffs for postpaid and prepaid SIMCards are the same, however, the Local Tariff will be added to the International tariff which is different for postpaid and prepaid SIMCards.

No, the cost of sending SMS to all destinations is the same as 1,400 IRR.

- International roaming call will be applied on incoming and outgoing calls, messages and data use while you're located outside Iran and your simcard is not attached to MCI network.
