Hamrah-e-Avval’s Call Center number will be changed from 09990 to 9990.
Based on a report released by Public Relations of MCI, according to the Regulatory Organization’s binding order, the 09990 of call center is to be changed to 9990 from February 4th, 2012. From that date onward, the subscribers of Hamrah-e-Avval, can make their calls to the Call Center dialing 9990 instead of 09990. Also the people can make their calls with Call Center from fixed telephones by use of 09129990.
All calls to Call Center of Hamrah-e-Avval is free and the subscribers can use this system for any information about their problems, bill payment, use of distance services, coverage problems, knowing about winners of encouragement programs, ….
